Duties

Students will build upon skills supporting Windows 10/11 systems and providing software assistance, in addition to supporting various server and network infrastructure. Their IT project work will include assisting clients either over the phone, remotely, or face-to-face to help set up systems or resolve issues. Students will assist in implementing connectivity solutions to remote worksites as well as helping to upgrade client computers and systems.

Students will be in Banff and supported with a team of experienced Information Technology Services Technicians and Supervisor.

Experience required

Front line customer service.
Basic experience of networking, cloud services, software and hardware troubleshooting, Windows 10/11 environment or IT security. Experience can be from work, school or personal projects

Pay: $22.56-$27.68 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
