Job Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Mobile Parking Attendant, where you will play a key role in managing and enforcing parking regulations in high-traffic areas. This full-time position is perfect for those who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with the public, and maintaining order in parking facilities. You will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless parking experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

Ensure parkers comply with parking restrictions set by our customers.

Enforce parking rules by issuing parking notices when necessary.

Assist motorists in finding available parking spaces.

Provide clear directions and instructions to visitors, acting as a beacon of service in the parking lot.

Maintain a professional and punctual presence throughout your shift.

Engage in extensive walking throughout your shift to monitor parking areas.

Requirements:

Valid Class 5 driver's license.

Excellent customer service skills.

Knowledge of Bow Valley attractions is a plus.

Excellent physical health to handle extensive walking.

Punctual and professional demeanor.

Ability to work 5 days a week

Good problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Prior experience in parking management or a related field is advantageous but not required.
