Full job description
This position does not include any staff accommodations. No LMIA's available. Priority will be given to those who apply in person at 152 Eagle Crescent.

The supervisor will be responsible for supporting the depot manager and ensuring that the depot is running efficiently and effectively while adhering to BCMB, ABCRC & BDL standards and serving customers in a timely manner.

While overseeing the daily operations of the bottle depot, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

handling employee relations & training
ensuring accurate counts of recycled containers
organizing shipments & bottle drives
scheduling commercial pickups
performing basic building & machinery maintenance
submitting daily paperwork to our Edmonton-based head office
Requirements

good physical condition
mechanically inclined
basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets) are mandatory, but additional IT skills would be a significant asset
good communication & organizational skills
ability to supervise, delegate and schedule 4-7 employees
forklift certification is an asset
Valid drivers license
Experience driving a 16ft Hino

Starting at $20.00 with potential of increase after 90 days based on performance.
