Job Description Food & Beverage Office Manager As a Food and Beverage Office manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations in the F&B office. Your primary focus will be on ensuring efficient communication between the F&B Admin Team and the different venues, from payroll, to month end accruals, to ordering, and organizing the space. The Food and Beverage Office manager will also assists Restaurant Managers and the Executive F&B Team with promotional collaterals for venues including menu design, development of experiences, promotional events and entertainment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of F&B promotions, discounts, gratuity, orders, and expenses. Contribute to a hotel committee. Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and appointments for the F&B team. Assist in the coordination of catering services for events hosted by the company. Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the F&B department and other internal departments. Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and external partners as needed. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and generate reports related to F&B auditing, expenditures, and performance. Assist in the creation of presentations and documents for F&B-related projects. Client Relation: Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and requests related to the F&B department. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. Respond to client inquiries in a timely matter and provide relevant information about available food and beverage packages, pricing, and services. Handle guest’s feedback, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Review online reviews and communicate trends to Restaurant Managers Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Proven experience as an office coordinator or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Knowledge of food and beverage industry practices is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. College or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
