Inspiring others to take that leap is what we live for. Wherever you're headed, we're here to help you pack your future with possibilities.

So, come along for the ride, get inspired and Put Yourself Out There.

ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE

We're looking for a natural leader and strong connector to join the Herschel Supply Co. Banff Store crew as a Key Holder. This role is a step up from Sales Associate, with added responsibility for leading the floor, supporting daily operations, and keeping the vibe high when store management is away. You'll set the tone on shift, coach team members, and ensure every customer leaves with a standout Herschel experience. Reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life in-store, while helping the team succeed together.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

At Herschel, every day brings something new - and as a Key Holder, you're right at the center of it all. You'll balance customer experience, sales, and team leadership, making sure the store runs smoothly and the energy stays high.

Here's what your day might look like:

Open and close the store, keeping everything running properly and on time
Lead the sales floor, setting the pace and delegating tasks as needed
Jump in to serve customers with authentic energy and strong product knowledge
Coach and support Sales Associates, giving feedback and encouragement throughout the shift
Keep the store looking sharp: clean, organized, and merchandised to standard
Stay on top of stock - from receiving shipments to restocking and prepping the floor
Run transactions with accuracy and confidence on POS and mobile systems
Drive results by keeping KPIs top of mind and inspiring the team to hit goals together
Be the go-to support for customer concerns, turning challenges into positive outcomes
Stay connected to new product launches, brand initiatives, and store events - and help bring them to life with your team
ABOUT YOU

A natural leader who can energize and motivate others
Previous retail experience (Key Holder or established Sales Associate level preferred)
Friendly, authentic, and confident in creating next-level customer experiences
Strong communication skills - you can coach teammates as easily as you can connect with customers
Organized and reliable, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Comfortable making decisions on the floor when leadership isn't present
Flexible to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and special events
Results-driven with a growth mindset - open to feedback and always looking to learn
Visual merchandising or inventory experience is a strong asset
AVAILABILITY

Full time Key Holders are expected to work 25-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Availability on at least one full weekend day is required. Part time is 24 hours or less.
