We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Front Desk Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting with people from around the world.

What You’ll Do

As a Front Desk Agent, you will:

Welcome guests with a warm, professional approach and efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs
Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries about reservations, services, and local information
Share your knowledge of the lodge’s amenities and services to enhance the guest experience
Resolve guest concerns promptly and thoughtfully, turning challenges into memorable service moments
Manage reservations, assign rooms, and maintain accurate guest records
Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and inviting
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the Assistant General Manager or General Manager within your scope
What We’re Looking For

A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay organized and multitask in a dynamic environment
A team player who enjoys collaborating across departments
Previous customer service or hotel experience is an asset, but not required
