A new Avis Budget Bow Valley operation is launching inside a special location. We are hiring ambitious team members who want to grow fast, dominate the market, and help build a high-performing rental operation focused on insurance replacements, dealership rentals, and local accounts.

This is a serious opportunity for people who want more than “just a job.”

Full-Time Operations Supervisor

Reports directly to the Bow Valley Manager.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily branch operations
Build relationships with dealership staff and insurance partners
Manage bookings, fleet flow, contracts, and service standards
Drive sales growth and local market expansion
Train and support staff performance
Solve problems quickly and professionally
Help establish the strongest rental presence in the area
Ideal Candidate:

Leadership experience preferred
Strong sales and customer service skills
Highly organized and accountable
Competitive mindset with business growth focus
Able to perform under pressure
Part-Time Rental Sales & Service Agent

Approx. 15–20 Hours/Week

Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in and referral customers
Handle bookings, contracts, calls, and emails
Upsell protection products and upgrades
Keep vehicles rental-ready
Deliver strong customer experiences
Training Plan

Successful hires will complete paid training in Banff for approximately one month, then transition to the new Bow Valley location.
