Are you a Maintenance Supervisor looking to level up into a leadership role? Tunnel Mountain Resort in stunning Banff is searching for a Maintenance Manager who’s ready to take charge, lead a skilled team, and keep our property in top shape—inside and out.

What You'll Do:
As Maintenance Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall upkeep and operational performance of our resort. You’ll lead projects, guide the team, and ensure everything—from heating systems to snow clearing—is handled with precision and care.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Collaborating with the General Manager on department goals, budgets, and projects
Leading, training, and motivating the maintenance team
Ensuring safety standards and compliance (WCB, WHMIS, etc.) are always top of mind
Overseeing HVAC, plumbing, pools, and general facility systems
Responding to maintenance requests with urgency and professionalism
Managing scheduling, payroll, and preventative maintenance programs
Taking pride in a property that delivers a top-tier guest experience year-round
What We’re Looking For:
A solid background as a Maintenance Supervisor (resort/hospitality experience a plus)
Strong leadership skills and the confidence to guide a team
Technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
A commitment to safety, quality, and high standards
Pool Operator Certificate or trade certifications are strong assets
A proactive, hands-on approach—you don’t just manage, you do
