Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server/Supervisor to join our team. The candidate will assist the leadership team in the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will have a blended schedule of MOD (Floor Managing) & serving shifts.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring that all requests are communicated clearly.
Leading the FOH team.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety standards is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Bartending experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week
