Business Planning & Value Engineering: Contribute to long-term planning initiatives and apply value engineering to optimize design, cost, and performance.
Site Management: Oversee on-site construction activity, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with BHC standards.
Software Proficiency: Utilize or learn platforms such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, SketchUp, Adobe Acrobat, R365, and ResQ to support planning, tracking, and communication.
Documentation & Closeout: Manage project documentation and ensure proper handoff upon completion, including final reporting, lessons learned, and closeout packages.

Strong expertise in budget formulation, schedule development, and project controls/reporting.
Knowledge of constructability, permitting, and feasibility considerations.
