Position Overview: The Outpost Pub Manager is a key leadership role overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Outpost, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive team environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage all Outpost Pub operations within budgeted guidelines and uphold the highest standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures. Oversee daily service, engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction and providing a personalized touch. Communicate effectively with the kitchen to coordinate seamless operations. Lead the Outpost team by attracting, training, and appraising talented personnel. Foster an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork. Provide two-way communication, addressing team needs, and promoting a positive work culture. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service. Engage in conversations with guests to enhance their experience and address any concerns promptly. Ensure a personalized and memorable experience for each guest. Monitor staff adherence to company procedures and health and safety regulations. Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high service standards. Assist in resolving any guest issues or requests promptly and professionally. Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Undertake other duties as requested by guests and/or management. Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives to improve Outpost services. Qualifications: Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a hospitality setting. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations. Ability to work collaboratively with other departments. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or management are a plus.
