Herrington's Luxury Floral Design is a thriving floral business dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and beautiful floral arrangements. We Pride ourselves on being a drama-free zone and value teamwork, creativity, and integrity. We're looking for an individual who shares our values and is eager to contribute to our growing team.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Relations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our florists and ensuring our customers have a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communications skills and a good understanding of floral design.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries and orders

-Price and display retail items in the shop

-Help maintain the cleanliness of the shop and floral arrangements

-Assists florists with preparing, arranging and organizing flowers.

-Uphold our drama-free work environment and contribute to a positive team atmosphere

Requirements

-previous experience in a retail or floral setting is a plus

-Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

-A commitment to a long-term position with our company

-Flexibility and willingness to adapt as the business evolves
