The successful candidate will possess previous Human Resources experience, excellent organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail. This role is highly administrative; but also supervises and supports others, so this person must enjoy working independently, taking initiative and building strong relationships with Colleagues & Leaders alike. Competitive Salary: $64,500-$67,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education Job Duties Include: Reporting to the Director, Talent & Culture, your responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Supervise the T&C Coordinator and Employee Experience Advisor; ensure efficient operation of the T&C office, including employee support, file management, ID distribution, and department communications. Lead biweekly payroll processing in partnership with the Paymaster; manage Dayforce data entry for hires, terminations, transfers, pay adjustments, and system access. Oversee contracts, EAFs, LOAs, and employee transfers; ensure processes are completed accurately and in line with internal policies and standards. Maintain up-to-date employee records and benefits eligibility in Dayforce; support pension adjustments, terminations, and audits for data accuracy. Run Dayforce reports; conduct system training for leaders; support T&C initiatives such as onboarding, the Employee Experience Calendar, and budget tracking.
