Job Description

Join a world-class team in an iconic luxury setting as a Restaurant Manager. In this leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of a high-end dining experience, ensuring flawless service, exceptional guest satisfaction, and polished team performance. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will lead with vision and passion—mentoring a talented team, driving innovation, and upholding the highest standards of excellence.

Competitive Salary: $64,000-$65,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education

Job Duties Include:

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Oversee recruitment, mentorship, and development of department leaders and colleagues, fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment.
Maintain a strong presence on the floor to ensure professional, engaging service while addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively.
Manage daily operations including reservations, service flow, cleanliness, and maintenance, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience.
Support financial goals through budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, payroll accuracy, and beverage program oversight.
Collaborate on menu development, analyze performance trends, and liaise with Conference Services and Catering for group and event coordination.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Management, preferably in a full-service, upscale or luxury environment
Strong knowledge of culinary and beverage operations
ProServe certification required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and Windows operating systems
Experience with restaurant systems such as Silverware, Birchstreet, and Watson (preferred)
Post-secondary education in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management (an asset)
Proven ability to manage budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting
Skilled in staff scheduling and operational planning
