Competitive Salary: $64,000-$65,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education Job Duties Include: Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Oversee recruitment, mentorship, and development of department leaders and colleagues, fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment. Maintain a strong presence on the floor to ensure professional, engaging service while addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively. Manage daily operations including reservations, service flow, cleanliness, and maintenance, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience. Support financial goals through budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, payroll accuracy, and beverage program oversight. Collaborate on menu development, analyze performance trends, and liaise with Conference Services and Catering for group and event coordination.
