Reservations & Wholesale AgentPosition based in Banff, Alberta (Office-Based Role located in the industrial Compound area in Banff)

Term

This is a seasonal position starting ASAP until mid-October.

Requirements

Experience in the travel/tourism industry or administrative support preferred
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
Proficiency in basic computer programs and booking systems (training provided)
Comfortable working with data entry and handling high volumes of bookings
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Professional and customer-focused demeanor when assisting guests and guides
A Sample of Daily Tasks

Check and process wholesale bookings to ensure accuracy and availability.
Input wholesale requests and confirm details with partners and suppliers.
Respond to guest and partner emails promptly and professionally.
Support guides and guests by troubleshooting operational issues as they arise via phone.
Communicate efficiently with internal teams to ensure smooth tour operations.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, changes, and special requests.
Monitor schedules and availability, flagging any discrepancies or overbookings.
Assist with administrative duties such as reporting, invoicing, and documentation.
Ensure all booking and operational procedures are followed correctly.
Other duties as required to support the team and enhance guest experiences.
