Be an ambassador for our exceptional offerings as Conference Service & Catering Manager, where you will liaise between multiple departments to meet the needs – and exceed the expectations – of your clients. Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $68,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education Job Duties Include: Reporting to the Assistant Director, Conference Services, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Main Focus: Coordinate weddings from initial booking through execution, including guest rooms, food & beverage, audiovisual, spa, golf, and overall event logistics. Serve as the primary contact for wedding clients—confirming event details, conducting test meals, and maintaining strong relationships before, during, and after the event. Create and confirm detailed floor plans and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) in collaboration with clients and banquet teams to ensure smooth event setup and service. Oversee billing procedures, including timely collection of deposits and accurate documentation of all financial details. Participate in daily and weekly meetings to communicate event updates, address last-minute changes, and ensure alignment across all departments.
