Step Into Leadership: Spa Manager Opportunity
Perfect for anyone in a customer service / front desk / retail supervisor position who is ready for their next career move

You’ve mastered the customer service management — juggling guest needs, leading shifts, solving problems on the fly, and making sure everything runs like clockwork. Now, you're ready for a new challenge where your leadership skills can truly shine.

At Banff Caribou Properties (BCP), we’re looking for someone just like you to take the next step into a full management role. As Spa Manager, you'll transition your skills into a new department, leading a dynamic team in one of Banff’s top wellness environments — all while living and working in the heart of the Rockies.

Why This Role is Right for You:
You're a Front Desk Supervisor or other customer service supervisor with a track record of building strong teams, delivering great guest experiences, and handling operations like a pro.
You’re ready for more autonomy, more responsibility, and a chance to grow beyond the desk.
You want to expand your experience in hospitality leadership while still being connected to the guest-facing side of the business.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee all aspects of spa operations, from front desk to massage and aesthetic services
Build and coach a high-performing team in a supportive, upbeat environment
Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering with a sharp eye for efficiency
Work closely with the Director of Spas to set goals and drive results
Elevate guest experiences through exceptional service standards
Represent the BCP “Caribou Culture” with professionalism, approachability, and fun
What You Bring:
Leadership experience in a front desk or guest services environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A guest-first mindset and ability to lead by example
Organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
Bonus points if you’ve worked in or with spa or wellness services before — but we’re happy to train the right leader!
Perks & Benefits:
Group Health, Disability, and Life Insurance (we cover 50% of premiums)
Employee Share Ownership Program & eligibility for our Home Loan Program
F&B and spa service discounts across all BCP properties
Free yoga, discounted ski passes, canoe rentals, golf and gym memberships
Leadership Days & career development programs
Complimentary hotel stays – experience BCP like a guest!
If you’re a looking to expand your leadership portfolio and step into a full department head role, this is your moment.

If you’re ready to take the next step in your career, BCP offers an outstanding environment with opportunities for advancement, a fun work atmosphere, and exceptional benefits.

Please note: Only candidates selected for further consideration will be contacted.
