We develop, own, and operate commercial and residential properties across the Bow Valley — and we’re looking for a Project Manager of Development and Contracting to help shape what comes next. Reporting to the Director of Construction, you'll be instrumental in taking construction projects from concept to completion.

What You'll Be Doing
This is a dynamic, boots-on-the-ground role where no two days are the same. You'll be closely involved in construction projects through every phase, while coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to bring builds to life.

Key responsibilities include:
Manage Development Permit and Building Permit Applications
Review and comment on development and construction drawings
Administer construction purchase agreements and contracts
Assemble and monitor construction schedules
Coordinate with development consultants, designers, architects and engineers
Visit development sites on a regular basis to monitor construction progress
Produce construction budgets
Work alongside Construction Procurement and Construction Management personnel
What We're Looking For
Experience in construction and development management and administration
Civil and/or mechanical engineering background
Strong organizational, administrative, and technical drawing review skills
Ability to balance field work and office coordination
Must live in the Bow Valley or be willing to relocate
