What can you expect?

Front Desk Agents provide an outstanding guest experience by creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. In this key guest service role, they ensure guests needs and expectations are met by answering their questions and solving problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing quality guest service.
Assisting guests with all aspects of reservations in a knowledgeable manner; requires thorough understanding of Sunshine Village’s services and products.
Dealing with challenging guest situations in a friendly and professional manner; this includes using the switchboard and dispatch in the event of emergencies.
Completing accurate, daily cash-outs.
Maintaining public areas in and around the hotel as required.
Other duties as assigned including night audit, concierge, and janitorial departments.
Requirements:
Previous hotel and/or guest service experience.
Previous cash handling and computer experience with highly proficient skills.
Positive attitude, excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
A physically demanding position that requires standing for long periods of time and some heavy lifting.
Current First Aid and CPR preferred.
