Full job description
Delivery and Receiver personnel

This is a part-time, Monday-Friday, 4-6 hours daily, within the hours of 10am to 4pm MT. The contract is 3-months long from June-August.

Responsibilities:

Sorting of mail and courier packages, office supplies, and interoffice mail.
Distribution of mail, courier packages and printing projects throughout the customer’s site
Picking up interoffice mail, outgoing mail and courier packages, and shredding bins from various locations on campus.
Receiving courier packages and large shipments on the receiving dock
Delivery of large shipments on campus
Driving company vehicles for pickup and deliveries.
Scan and record deliveries in a receiving log and on a sign out sheet.
Interact and co-operate with mailroom staff and the customer staff throughout the day.
Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Skills :

Must have a valid full driver’s license
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong self-motivation to drive results
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to lift 40+lbs. as necessary
Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
