Are you passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing exceptional service? We have exciting opportunities for you to join our team at The Fat Ox in Banff! We're seeking the best and brightest talent for multiple positions, including Manager, Server, Bartender, Host, and Server Assistant.

Job Summary:

Manager:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager to lead our team. The Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

Server:
We are looking for friendly and attentive Servers to join our team. Servers will provide excellent customer service, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.

Bartender:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. Bartenders will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, provide recommendations, and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Host:
We are looking for outgoing and organized Hosts to join our team. Hosts will greet guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of service in the dining area.

Server Assistant:
We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Server Assistants to join our team. Server Assistants will support Servers, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and assist with guest requests. Must live within or around the Banff National Park; as there is no housing accommodations !!!!

Experience:

Previous experience in the respective role preferred
Strong customer service skills and hospitality mindset
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Team player with excellent communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on position and experience
