Job Description

Our Staff Housing Coordinator plays an integral role at the hotel in providing employees who reside in Staff Housing a positive and healthy living experience. They are the first person our new employees see when they arrive and the last person they see when they depart. If you enjoy being a part of an amazing team, providing great customer service to fellow employees, this Staff Housing Coordinator position will be a perfect fit for you.

Job Duties Include:

Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service at all times
Facilitate check in / check out of residents and roommate assignments
Perform a high volume of data entry including employee information and updating resident files and master lists
Enter, maintain and follow up on work orders for the staff housing buildings
Answer telephone inquiries promptly and professionally and channel to the appropriate person for assistance
Organize and sort employee mail
Assist residents who have questions, concerns, or need assistance
Assist in maintaining the standards, procedures and policies of the office
Safeguard the privacy of employee information by maintaining complete confidentialityy
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

Excellent customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail
Comfortable with data entry and working with Mircosoft Programs (ie. Excel, Word)
Able to work independently
Able to be active for 8 hours
