Working the overnight shift (10:30 pm – 7 am, approximately) As the Overnight Team Lead you will be entitled to $2.00 additional per hour on top of the hourly rate. Job Duties Include: Reporting to the Chief Steward, responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following: Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues Working the overnight shift (10:30 pm – 7 am, approximately) Deep clean the kitchen after hours to ensure the highest level of hygiene and sanitation is met. Clean and maintain all kitchen floors, ovens, stovetops, walls and ceiling tiles. Polish and buff all Stainless steel. Communicate any areas in need of repair via a work order. Enforce a safe work environment for all colleagues and guests by upholding the Safety rules provided by The Fairmont Banff Springs and the Stewarding Department.
