Full job description
We are looking for the face of DJ’s garage! You will be a highly organized individual, able to work with little supervision to answer emails, liaise with clients and input data to keep the office running. This is a new and evolving role with room to grow in the business. We need someone who is equally great with customer service and data entry/tracking (inputting invoices and parts into our shop software).

Our new Shop Coordinator is:

Detail oriented

Can work with little to no supervision at times

Problem solver

An organisational wizard

Day to day duties:

- Meet and greet clients, schedule initial inspections

- Follow up on voicemails

- Reply to emails

- Call clients as needed

- Process POS transaction

- Close jobs

- Code invoices in the system and send to accounting

- Stay on top of parts received/entering and tracking into the system

- Organize the office

- Think of new ways to stay organized/increase efficiency

- Light cleaning, removing rubbish, runs to the store to get parts etc

- Counting cash/cash out report

- Liaising with DBT about fleet/operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
