Job Description

As a Social Media Content Creator, your primary responsibility will be to craft engaging, quality content specifically tailored for various social media platforms. You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop multimedia content that resonates with our target audience. The role requires a creative mindset, ability to work independently with minimal direction, and proficiency in multimedia content creation with a specific focus on social media.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Content Creation: Develop visually appealing images and videos optimized for social media consumption, incorporating current trends and best practices to capture audience attention and encourage interaction.
Content Planning: Review upcoming content needs with the Marketing Team 30, 60 and 90 days in advance and develop a photo/video shoot schedule to ensure all required content will be created and delivered on time.
Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about social media trends, emerging features, and content formats to adapt content strategy accordingly and capitalize on new opportunities for audience engagement and growth.
This role may require work up to 15 hours per week. Hours will be dependent on content needs at the time.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Proven experience as a social media content creator, digital content creator, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content creation skills across various platforms.
Proficiency in social media content creation with a specific focus on creating photo and video content optimized for social media platforms.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, and deadlines effectively.
Creative thinking and problem solving abilities, with a passion for creating engaging content that drives audience engagement, brand awareness, and conversion on social media.
