General Operations Manager

General Manager operators oversee the daily operations to ensure the delivery of a great guest experience while focusing on achieving goals and budget expectations. This individual must have exceptional communication skills, leadership experience, and the organizational skills needed to support a dynamic team. They also have the knowledge, skills and long term vision to support the Restaurant Owners in running a successful business. They are an expert at recruiting, training, and coaching a diverse team to achieve and maintain A&W standards of operation. Their high standards for operational excellence allow you to easily plan and execute methods of increasing sales and achieving targeted costs. They thrive in the fast paced atmosphere and love coming to work every day!

Experience:

Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry or organization

Solid understanding of financial management principles and practices
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on findings
Proficient in using relevant software applications for project management, reporting, and analysis
