As Bakery Manager, you will lead the culinary team to create exceptional food that drives sales and guest satisfaction, while protecting business margins and caring for our environment.

We’re looking for a talented and self-motivated specialist in baking and pastry to lead our Back of House team. As Bakery Manager, you’ll nurture a positive team culture to deliver consistently delicious products that delight our customers. Our ideal candidate has a solid culinary background, demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for baking. Highly organized, you’ll design training and processes to help your team bring their best every day.

Key Requirements:

Culinary Education, Trade Papers, Red Seal or equivalent.
Food Safe Certification.
Professional bread baking experience required.
Minimum 4 years’ combined experience in the trade of cooking.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership role, preferably in the area of baking or pastry.
Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
Financial management skills, e.g., understanding and managing operating budgets, forecasting, and scheduling.
Servant leadership style with a passion for developing people.
Proficient in MS Office and other common software applications.
