The St. James Gate in Banff is Classic Irish Restaurant and Bar operating in the heart of Banff. We are looking to grow our team in the Back of House.

Experienced line cook with working knowledge of a fast paced commercial kitchen

Job Duties:

Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Work remotely
