The Role:

The outdoor maintenance employees are the keepers of the outdoor spaces and impact the guest arrival experience. They are responsible for all the landscaping needs and snow removal, keeping areas clear and safe for guests to enjoy the outdoors of the property, in accordance with Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge’s standards for quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction, all while acknowledging guests with a smile and an “I can make it happen attitude”.

Job Duties:

The right candidate needs to have expertise in multiple types of equipment operations, snow removal, lawn care and related functions
Ability to do general maintenance on areas that require painting, drywall and minor repairs.
You must have basic construction skills, be organized, and effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude.
We are looking for craftsmen (and women!) to join our team in maintaining our beautiful property.
Employment Experience and Educational Requirements:

Snow removal, lawn care and machine operations, drywall, painting and upkeep projects
Plumbing and sprinkler repairs
Good mechanical knowledge of outdoor equipment: snow plow operations, frontend loader, and minor knowledge of hydraulics systems
Small engine operations and maintenance is a plus
You must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to work afternoons and nights, be comfortable working in extreme weather conditions, and be able to lift 50lb sand bags.
