The Role:

We are looking for an excellent team player with 4-star characteristics and experience. As a server in our food and beverage departments, you are expected to exceed guest expectations and maximize food & beverage revenue each and every shift. You will achieve excellence by providing your guests with efficient and friendly service.

Job Duties:

Offer great customer service by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests and responding to their requests in a courteous and friendly manner.
Responsible for several types of meal services from buffet to plated style breakfast, lunch and dinners.
Physical setup and teardown of event functions.
Communicating with the culinary team and liaison with the audio visual team.
Perform other duties as requested by Management.
Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the function.
Employment Experience and Educational Requirements:

Friendly and outgoing personality with a passion for excellent guest service.
Well organized during both slow and busy periods.
High attention to detail with the ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
Have strong communication and excellent organizational skills.
Must be able to work in a team environment, helping out in other departments when scheduled or needed.
Ability to remain on their feet for extended periods of time, and lift up to 30lbs.
Excellent grooming and professional presentation
Must be able to work varied shifts; weekends, holidays and evenings.
Have a valid ProServe certificate.
Previous hospitality experience considered an asset.
