We are looking for a full-time or part-time Administrative Assistant to join the Johnston Canyon Lodge & Bungalows. This role involves many duties such as: accounting, data entry, human resources, and supporting other departments when needed. Prioritization, Problem-solving and Strong Communication skills are needed for this particular position. You will need a clear understanding of Excel and proactive thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll : Data entry of timesheets for all staff, accurate and attention to details
Cash out / bookkeeping : Compute and systemize daily cashouts for all departments.
Ensure enough cash on hand in market, cafe, bistro tills
Support in Scheduling : review schedules and support managers in their scheduling creation.
Support Human resources : hiring.
Receive orders and inventory inspection - Keeping retail / stocking areas organized and tidy (basement) Work with retail staff
Covering shifts in various departments - days of staff sickness or food breaks. Be where you are needed. Willing to assist in random task work. May involve some physical work at times.
Communicate with staff and ensure implementation of new policies, protocols, procedures, guidelines.
Requirements:

Available from now to October 15
Legally eligible to work in Canada (no sponsorship)
Provide clean criminal records
