The Assistant General Manager is responsible for all aspects of the property including delivering legendary guest experiences by creating “I-can’t-believe-they-did-that” moments, providing “the best place to work” for our team members and to manage their property in accordance to Canalta’s values, policies and procedures. The General Manager will be responsible for maximizing financial performance, customer satisfaction and team member experience.

What our requirements are:

· Five years experience in hospitality or customer service

· Two years of management and leadership experience

· Excellent customer service skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills

· Excellent time management skills

· Excellent computer skills and experience in using Office 365

· Willingness to work overtime, irregular hours and holidays

· Willingness to travel for meetings and training opportunities

· Ability to work calmly under pressure
