Line Cook
We are looking for talented, team-oriented individuals who enjoy making great food and making people happy eating it.

Before you read further, please note that we do not provide Staff Accommodations.

Here's what you need to have:

Minimum 1 solid year of experience Cold & Hot Line, making creative sandwiches & tapas / small plates and bigger plates along with a deep culinary interest and desire to deliver an orgasmic taste bud experience to our customers on a daily basis. Sound Asian food knowledge / preparation / plating experience are major assets.
You must also have the following attributes:

-Punctual, clean, organized and fast. Food safety certification an asset.
-Ability to work in a tight, confined space. (Submarine kitchen experience a definite asset)
-Enjoy working with others in a tight space. Take instructions well.
-Wanting to learn, willing to park your ego at the door, have fun and be part of one Banff's most celebrated independent restaurant.

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
