Black Diamond Bike Rentals Banff is hiring a customer service driven individual to join our summer 2023 team. We are looking for a professional, energetic and responsible team player to be a part of our summer season in Banff. Applicants must have strong customer service skills and a Valid Driver’s License with a clean record. Bike experience is preferred but not neccessary.

Our Rental Shop Technicians are top-notch customer service professionals. Their hard work is instrumental to a Guest’s vacation experience from start to finish. Our team is knowledgeable, prompt, respectful and friendly.

Essential Functions

· Collect and report all rental income

· Make sure all Rental waivers are being signed

· Ensure that the Rental shop is safe for both guests and staff

· Assist with day to day operations of the storefront including but not limited to fitting of rental equipment to our guests and some retial sales

· Ensure that our guests are having the best possible experience and dealing with guest service issues of any kind

· Control and maintain the rentals inventory

· Help maintain inventory of parts, equipment, materials and cleaning supplies

· Assist in the care and maintenance of the rental fleet.

· Assist in the rental process for best service and maximum efficiency
