Duties include (but are not limited to):

Provide a high standard of customer service, including greeting each guest
Respond to and assist with guest requests or complaints
Deliver packages to guest rooms or respective departments
Take and retrieve luggage carts as required
Communicate important pass on information to day shifts
Be knowledgeable of the hotel, including its outlets, facilities and services
Be knowledgeable of Banff National Park activities and dining options
Follow safety and security procedures carefully
Report any suspicious activity to necessary persons
Perform basic maintenance duties if necessary, addressing any emergencies swiftly and effectively
Other projects as required.
Ideal Candidate:

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Has 1 year previous hotel experience at the front desk, bellman, concierge, reservations or related experience. (Preferred.)
Is a capable multi-tasker with keen attention to detail
Has a professional and friendly, personality and demeanor in person and over the telephone
Has excellent English comprehension and communication skills; a second language is an asset as we welcome many international guests
Frequent lifting and/or carrying up to 50lbs
Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract
