What you will be doing:
Complete Daily Operations (i.e. opening and closing duties, stocking, polishing, cleaning and maintaining walk-ins, fridges and other areas as assigned by the MOD)
Meet and greet guests and coordinate with other colleagues and MOD regarding preferences, allergies and special occasions
Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
Maintain quality and timeliness of service and practice effective up selling and suggestive selling techniques to drive outlet revenue
Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures
Transporting food from the kitchen to the dining room and pub in a quick and efficient way
Previous Open Table or similar reservation system experience an asset
Other duties as assigned

Your experience and skills include:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Server/Bartender in a high-volume and fast paced environment required for Serving and Bartending positions
Prior Food & Beverage experience an asset for Host/ess and Food Porter
Must have Pro-Serve Certification
A valid class 5 driver's license and updated driver's abstract required for On Course Server
Previous point-of-sale system experience required
Extensive wine, beer and cocktail knowledge is essential
Servers must be able to carry and serve 3 plates at one time
Schedule flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40+lbs and able to constantly stand and walk throughout shift
