Job Description:

The Banff Aspen Lodge is searching for a Full Time Guest Service Agent. This position is responsible for providing our guests with a one of a kind experience while staying at the Banff Aspen Lodge. The successful candidate will be an expert in all areas of our hotel while providing seamless service to our Guests and Colleagues.

Essential Job Duties: ·

· Welcome all guests to our hotel and attend to any guest enquiries.

· Provide hotel and area information in regards to activities

· Process guest arrivals and departures

· Answer phone calls and make guest reservation or changes

· Process charges and apply as required

· Balance cash and related forms

· Work with minimal supervision

· Follow all hotel policies and procedures

· Must be available for morning, evening and Night shifts.

Other Information

· Full Time Permanent Position

· Starting Wage: $16.50/ hour. With a review after 3 months and a 90 day probationary period

· Hours per Week: 36-40 hours – subject to the business of hotel

· Staff housing: Subject to availability

· Flexibility in work schedule required including evenings, weekends and holidays
