Wild Flour bakery is a bustling spot in downtown Banff, famous for our fresh bread, pastries and quality coffee. Locals and visitors love to gather here and discuss the day's adventures. We give back to our community and care for our environment, including sourcing ingredients from local producers and zero-waste practices. Come be part of the atmosphere!

Fresh bread is at the heart of what we do. As a Bread Baker, you will transform simple, high-quality ingredients into delicious, handcrafted loaves that nourish our community and fuel the day’s adventures. Working in our glass-fronted kitchen, you’ll be part of a team that takes pride in its craft while staying connected to the guests we serve. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, develop your craft, and build a career in artisan baking. The ideal candidate is passionate about bread baking, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality loaves from scratch.

Please note this his role has a 4 PM shift start.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience with baking sourdough products preferred.
1 Year minimum Bread Baking experience.
Passion for nourishing food and sustainable practices.
Food Safe Certification preferred
Strong Work Ethic & Positive Attitude.
Graduate of culinary program with focus on artisan bread is an asset.
