Build Something Bigger With Phoenix Modular

Phoenix Modular installs and dismantles modular camps and workforce accommodations across Canada for major construction, industrial, and resource projects.

We are building a tight, high performing installation crew that travels to projects and delivers modular structures quickly, safely, and professionally.

If you enjoy hands on work, travel, working outdoors, and being part of a strong field crew, this role offers excellent pay and long term opportunity.

What This Job Looks Like

Travel to project sites across Canada
Work on modular camp installation and dismantling projects
Typical project rotations require up to 21 days away from home
Work alongside experienced trades installing complete modular systems
Outdoor project environments across Western Canada
What You Will Do

Install plumbing systems in modular buildings and camp facilities
Install, connect, and commission gas systems within modular structures
Assist with modular building setup and dismantling
Read installation drawings and mechanical plans
Coordinate with carpentry, electrical, and mechanical installation crews
Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
Follow all site safety protocols and procedures
What We Are Looking For

Journeyman Plumber and/or Gas Fitter certification
Experience with modular construction, camp installations, or industrial projects is an asset
Must be willing to travel and work across Canada
Ability to work rotational schedules (up to 21 days away on project work)
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic and team mindset
Preferred Certifications

Preference will be given to candidates with the following:

CSTS – Construction Safety Training System
WHMIS
First Aid Level 1
OSSA Fall Protection
Zoom Boom / Telehandler Certification
Man Lift Certification
Compensation & Benefits

$36 to $42 per hour depending on experience
Travel and accommodations covered while on project
Project based work across Canada
Benefits available after 6 months of full time employment
