Job Summary

Tower Arctic Ltd. is recognized as one of Canada’s foremost Arctic civil constructors, typically acting as a general contractor completing heavy civil and municipal infrastructure projects within Nunavut since 1946. Our self-performed services range from buried water & sewer infrastructure, drainage systems, earthworks/grading, road building, aggregate production, and many other civil tasks. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Grader Operator to join our team for the Runway Re-Surface Project in Kugluktuk, NU. This is a 6-8 week contract position operating a 14M Grader equipped with Trimble Machine Control GPS. The role offers competitive compensation of over $3,250 per week, depending on experience and hours worked. Tower Arctic Ltd. covers all airfare and accommodation costs while travelling to and from the project site. During your rotation, you’ll be provided accommodations with all meals included.

This position offers a unique chance to experience the Canadian Arctic while contributing to an important northern infrastructure project.
