POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Step into the spotlight as a trusted logistics lead, orchestrating the seamless movement of shipments across borders and continents.

With precision and passion, you will:

Manage international and domestic freight from planning to delivery (LTL, FTL, air, ocean).
Coordinate time-sensitive, high-profile shipments for global events.
Liaise directly with clients to understand needs, deliver updates, and solve challenges on the fly.
Negotiate with carriers and align with customs regulations to ensure flawless delivery.
Prepare and manage transport documentation, including Carnets, customs declarations, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin.
Proactively mitigate risks, resolve clearance or transit issues, and keep the show on the road—literally.
Input costs, manage billing, and keep project files organized and audit-ready.
Balance multiple projects with competing priorities—especially under tight, immovable deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS:

You’re not just organized—you’re dynamic. You see around corners, plan like a strategist, and act like a producer.

You bring to the stage:

5+ years in freight forwarding (events/logistics experience highly preferred)
Strong background with Canadian and U.S. customs clearance processes
Proven ability to handle high-pressure timelines and high-stakes clients
Stellar communication (written and verbal) in English
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and documentation management
CIFFA or other logistics certifications (a strong asset)
A customer-first mindset, with a knack for creative problem-solving
Confidence, independence, and the drive to own your work from start to finish
