Full job description

Please note that we are open to tailoring the role based on the successful candidate’s experience, with the flexibility to position it as either a strategist or coordinator function.

The work involves:

Critical thinking
Liaising with clients
Developing and implementing marketing and communications plans
Creating original content in all forms— social media posts, newsletters, blogs, briefing notes, and more
Producing annual reports and business plans
Working closely with our designers to develop corporate collateral with an opportunity to utilize personal design skills in Canva
Organizing and hosting virtual and in-person events and engagement activities
Managing and assessing the performance of client social media accounts
Pitching, monitoring, and reacting to media; including curated press conferences
Overseeing podcast and video production
Measuring the success of communication activities and recommending changes to programs to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
