About the Role

We are looking for two (2) reliable and detail-oriented Laundry and Textile Coordinators to join our team. This role supports the processing, organization, and quality control of event linens used in our operation. This includes tablecloths, napkins, chair covers, drapes, table runners, pillowcases, overlays, throws, unforms and more. This position requires working two days per week in our Banff warehouse and additional shifts at our

Deadman’s Flats facility, where our table linens are washed, pressed, and prepared for use. Attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.

What You Will Be Doing

Banff Warehouse (2 days per week)

Accurate quantity counts and quality inspection of Laundry and Textiles after event use
Maintain a list of Laundry and Textiles priorities for the week
Prepare Laundry and textiles required for upcoming event orders on a weekly basis
Store clean Laundry and Textiles in designated storage areas
Organize Laundry and Textile storage areas
Deadman’s Flats Facility (3 days per week)

Operate and maintain commercial washing machines; including washer, dryer, and industrial press
Press and fold Laundry and Textiles using an industrial press
Packaging - Bag and label clean Laundry and Textiles for operational efficiency
Treat and remove stains
Prepare and organize Laundry and Textiles for transfer to the Banff warehouse
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Monitor chemical levels
Assist with minor Laundry and Textiles repairs
What You Bring to the Team

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards when processing Laundry and Textiles
Ability to balance quality with efficiency, ensuring Laundry and Textiles are cleaned, pressed, folded, and packed correctly while maintaining steady productivity
Ability to develop and maintain an organized and efficient workflow, prioritizing tasks based on daily and weekly needs
Ability to lift and move Laundry and Textiles bags (up to ~ 20kg)
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow established procedures
Reliable transportation to Banff and Deadman’s Flats
Your Work Schedule

Events do not follow a 9-to-5 schedule. You can expect full-time hours through a mix of weekday shifts, weekends, early mornings, and late nights.
