Support team hiring, onboarding, training, and development
Monitor budgets, inventory, and supplies
Lead from the floor—being present, supportive, and engaged with your team
You’re a Strong Fit If You:
Have housekeeping experience and understand operations from the ground up
Bring a calm, solutions-focused approach to a busy environment
Have leadership or supervisory experience—or are motivated and ready to take that leap
Know how to inspire others and lead by example
Want to grow with a company that genuinely invests in its people
