Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in accordance with our restaurant standards. This role requires a passion for food, excellent food handling skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Line Cook will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by ensuring all meals are prepared with quality and consistency.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times
Serve dishes promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
Experience

Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service preferred
Restaurant or kitchen experience within the food industry is highly desirable
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Familiarity with meal preparation and food industry standards is a plus
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.03-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
