Inventa is a leader in the design, creation, and execution of innovative brand experiences, from large scale events and national experiential tours to grassroots local executions. Now in our 29th year, we are at the forefront in the experiential marketing and event space.   

We are searching for a team of experienced Brand Ambassadors to head a recycling forward activation in the province of Alberta, specifically in Edmonton and Calgary. This team will be travelling to different cities to speak to community members about the Blue Box transition happening in Alberta and best recycling practices within their municipality of Edmonton and Calgary. The ability to communicate in both English and French is considered an asset but not required.

To excel in this role, you will have excellent communication and networking skills, in addition to having open availability on for training and shifts (outlined below). Previous experience is strongly desired, as well as experience with customer service and public relations.  

Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:  

Familiarizing yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.  
Educating and interacting with customers, retailers, and distributors about our products.  
Assist team with set up and tear down of footprint and assets
Comfortable standing for long periods of time
Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints to the client service department.  
Tracking customer preferences, metrics, and media campaigns.  
Meet physical demands and be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical setup tasks as required.
Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.  
Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.  
Staying up to date with administrative tasks, including, submitting hours, invoices, and expenses ( if applicable)
Providing Supervisor with highlights and comments to contribute to final report 
Brand Ambassador Requirements:  

Drivers license and access to vehicle is considered a prioritized asset
Comfortable and experienced driving 1 ton truck (16 ft box truck) is considered a prioritized asset
Prior experience in a customer service or hospitality service environment.  
Demonstrate easily adaptability to fast-paced environment and schedule flexibility
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality
Proactive in addressing and solving issues or constraints
Ability to drive & open to travel
Other duties as assigned

Alberta – One day training between Apr 20th - 23rd , 2026
