Wild Flour bakery is a bustling spot in downtown Banff, famous for our fresh bread, pastries and quality coffee. Locals and visitors love to gather here and discuss the day's adventures. The Front of House Supervisor maintains the fun, friendly atmosphere that draws guests to the bakery. You’ll train and coach your team to ensure our customer service is always on point and tasks completed efficiently. Engaging colleagues with daily sales goals, you'll make sure product flies off the shelves. This is a fun, fast-paced environment to hone your leadership skills, with ongoing mentoring and growth opportunities.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Previous Barista Experience with Knowledge of Coffee
