Starting Pay Rate: $16.00 to $17.50 per hour, depending on qualifications


Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and open doors
Provide directions for parking and control in-coming and out-going traffic
Valet park and retrieve cars upon request
Transport guests and staff in Rimrock shuttle bus
Ensure driveway and entrance are clean and clear of garbage, dirt, snow and ice
Store luggage for guests and correctly identify stored bags
Assist guests with transporting luggage or bring baggage up to guests’ rooms and retrieve when requested
Deliver items and packages to guest rooms or to the respective department

Qualifications
Must have a valid driver's license equivalent to Alberta Class 5 and clean driver's abstract
As Shuttle Driver, must obtain an Alberta Class 4 driver's license within a specified time period
Must be comfortable driving large trucks, luxury vehicles, and vehicles with standard transmission
Available to work flexible hours including late night and early morning shifts on rotation
Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds and standing and walking for 8-hour shifts
Previous guest services or bell desk experience preferred
Customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
