Starting Pay Rate: $56,000 to $65,000 annual salary, depending on qualifications


Job Description
Ensure all staff on the floor are meeting and exceeding Rimrock standards of guest satisfaction and service
Provide leadership, problem solving, and decision making in all areas of daily operations
Provide ongoing training, motivating, and supervision of staff
Handle guest requests and complaints and authorize compensation when necessary
Provide floor support when business levels require including seating guests, expediting food, preparing and serving beverages, conducting quality checks etc.
Work to achieve sales projections
Assist in creating work schedules within budget
Participate in menu and function planning
Attend weekly F&B department manager meetings
Complete office duties
Provide employee discipline when necessary and complete required documentation

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in an a la carte restaurant or lounge
Post-secondary education in hospitality / tourism in an asset
Alberta ProServe certification
Comfortable using MS Office, POS, and table-booking software
Knowledgeable in a variety of cocktails, liquor, wine, and beer
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
