What You'll Do:

Be the welcoming face of Storm Mountain Lodge, greeting guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with precision and a smile.
Assist guests with any questions, requests, or concerns, ensuring they have a seamless and memorable stay.
Coordinate with other departments to provide top-notch service and address guest needs promptly.
Keep our front desk area organized and running smoothly, setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience.
What We're Looking For:

A people person who loves engaging with guests and providing exceptional service.
Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
A passion for the mountains and a love for the unique setting of Banff National Park.
Prior experience in a hospitality role is a plus, but a great attitude and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:

Competitive Wage: $18-$22 per hour, depending on your experience.
Subsidized Housing: $15 per day for private accommodation, valued at $7,125 annually.
Complimentary Meals: All meals on and off shifts are provided by our culinary team, valued at $6,500 annually.
